Data & responsible use.
This page explains this public website and how it differs from the GraphiScan app. It is not the app’s final privacy notice or consent form.
The public website
This site has no sign-in or handwriting-upload form and does not open private screening records. The app pictures use made-up example records.
The site source has no analytics or advertising tools. The hosting provider and external websites you open may handle basic request information under their own policies. Reviewed privacy information and a contact person are needed before adding features that collect more personal data.
The GraphiScan application
The separate GraphiScan app stores learner records and handwriting images. You must sign in. Access depends on your role, assigned learners and current review status.
Parents can read reports only for their linked children while the expert review is marked Validated. These access checks do not guarantee complete security or certify legal compliance.
Use screening information with care
GraphiScan supports handwriting screening and expert review. A model score is not the likelihood that a learner has dysgraphia, and a label is not a diagnosis. Speak with a qualified professional about writing concerns.
Before using real learner information
Real learner information needs the required permissions, privacy information and account setup first. Keep private learner records and handwriting out of public demos, issue trackers and this website.
Details about storage periods, deletion, contact information and local privacy requirements are not provided here yet. They need to be reviewed before real use.
